I'd like to thank you and your staff including Jeff, Chris, Eric, Adam, and Ginny for the excellent service your company provided me from the point of my placing an emergency call, your quick response, your technician diagnosing the problems, preparing a proposal, replacing the gas heater, and finalizing payments with your business office. Please forgive me if I have some of the names wrong or excluded some names. You have a great team of personnel and they were prompt, courteous, professional , and hardworking. Their workmanship was precise, neat, quick, and clean. You should be very proud of them. Your staff were all very personable and friendly.
It's a small world. I was talking to my brother a week earlier about the work you were doing at my brother's daughter's house in Wenonah. Then suddenly I had an emergency heater problem. I didn't know Del-Val( who was my heating service since 1970) was out of business until I called , received no answer, and checked listings on internet explaining they were out of business.
I then pulled my Verizon book and checked for Heater companies close to my house. I saw your Verizon advertisement with the Bryant logo listing you as a factory certified dealer for their equipment. That clinched it for me, especially having known your longstanding good reputation and service in Woodbury Heights and surrounding communities, and I called you immediately. There is no question you carried on the WB Steward tradition of excellent service.

We just had our heating and air conditioning system replaced and upgraded by W.B. Steward & Sons. We were extremely satisfied with the whole process from selecting the right system through installation. The workmanship was outstanding and system is working great. We are already seeing a lower gas bill (even with a colder winter). I have already recommended W.B. Steward to friend and neighbors and know they will stand behind their work.

Had a full AC and heating replacement and could not be happier. The staff and crew were extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process. They delivered and installed everything on time and have taken care of all follow up needs in a timely and professional manner. Our gas bill and our family thank you.

I just had a complete heating and air conditioning system replaced by WB Steward & Son. They delivered as promised, when promised. From their office staff to tech installers, the service was timely, professional, and courteous. I highly recommend them not only for this type installation, but also for maintenance and repair.

We know our job was tough and we really appreciate all you did to get it accomplished. Also thank you for your kindness towards our family, especially ZOE! Dear Don, I want to let you know how much I appreciated having W.B. Steward & Son install our new Roth oil tank at our home here in West Deptford. Mr. Eric Solina certainly did a fine job with the installation. His knowledge of the equipment and his workmanship were outstanding. He really demonstrated his ability and wisdom as he installed the equipment, seeing to it that all was done right. He was neat in his appearance and he has a pleasing personality. Don, Attached is an analysis of my PSE&G bill since you installed the Bryant Hybrid Heating/Cooling system. As you can see, our total electric cost is down by 25%--with the peak summer months falling by nearly 50%. If you exclude daily household use and were just looking at AC expenses, the decrease is even greater. On the heating side, so far there has been a 33% reduction in gas usage, although the first real heating month--November, the decrease was 17%. Overall, I'm estimating that we have saved approximately $829 since May, with $700 of the savings coming from reduced electric costs. Needless to say we are very pleased with the new Bryant Hybrid system that WB Steward and Son installed. The system is much quieter and the temperature is much more comfortable than the old system. We are very happy customers and appreciate the professionalism shown by you and your staff during the installation process, and in answering any of our follow-up questions. Please feel free to share the analysis with prospective customers who are considering a Bryant Hybrid system.
